Together with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, they constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the user of the Site (hereinafter "the User").

These Terms of Use are accessible at all times on the Site and shall prevail over any other version or any other contradictory document (with the exception of the General Terms of Sale).


Our Site is regularly updated, and we therefore reserve the right to modify its content at any time. If necessary, we reserve the right to interrupt access to our Site, or even to close it for an indefinite period. However, we are under no obligation to update any information, and accept no liability if any information is out of date.


Use of our Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The User is responsible for all actions carried out on our Site. Any User who places an order on the Site will be bound by any order placed, subject to the right of withdrawal (as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will cooperate fully in disclosing your identity to them if necessary.

You must also, at our first request, return or destroy any copies (paper or computer) that you may have made.

We also reserve the right to claim damages.



ARTICLE 4 - PRIVACY POLICY


  1. Information collected

During your browsing on our Site and in order to provide you with the best possible service, we may collect several types of information, and in particular :


  • when placing an order: your name, contact details (address, e-mail address, telephone number) and credit card details. 
  • when placing an order: your delivery address(es) 
  • when requesting information, sending an e-mail to our customer service department, subscribing to our newsletter or any other service, entering a competition, voting for a product or posting opinions: your name, contact details and any other information such as your age, interests and product preferences.

We may also obtain customer lists from third parties in order to invite new people to share the www.terreandhorse.com experience. However, these lists only include people who have consented to receive promotional emails. In any case, all our emails include an unsubscribe option.
